Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the caps are secure to prevent any spills during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
